WilhelmWiki:Community portal

The WilhelmWiki was established in 2006 to document the genealogy of Justus Wilhelm, also known as Justice Williams, and his wife Clarissa who immigrated to the United States from Germany in the 1760s.

If you would like to contribute to the WilhelmWiki please send an email to charles @ thewilhelms.net explaining your connection to Justus & Clarissa or any of their descendants so you can be added to the Known Users group. To avoid spammers, only members of this group are currently allowed to make edits to the WilhelmWiki.

You can start helping out by expanding [[:Category:Stubs|stub]] articles, or by adding new people and places to the wiki.  If you are new to wiki editing, you may want start by familiarizing yourself with the Wikipedia cheatsheet (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Cheatsheet) and then checkout the WilhelmWiki [[Help:Contents|Help]] page for conventions specific to this wiki.

I've added the ability to embed videos from popular video sharing sites into wiki pages (See [[Bateman Haight Wilhelm]] for an example).  Contact me for details if you've got a video you'd like to add.
