USS YO-120 was a YO-65 class Fuel Oil Barge (Self-propelled), aka "Yard Oiler", assigned to the United States Navy's Service Force Pacific Fleet during World War II.

The YO-120 was laid down in 1942 at the Albina Engine and Machinery Works, Portland, Oregon. She was launched December 30.
